All printing processes go through similar steps. Once you have located the printing company where you are going to print your leaflets, these are the steps to follow:
Work estimate request: It is generally done over the phone or via e-mail. You will be given a template with prices and variables according to what you are going to make or a special consultant will be assigned for you to follow up the work. The ideal thing is that you have already quoted and have an idea of the processes chosen to print, as well as the printing system, paper type, etc.
Document delivery: You will be requested to send the previously designed document, either via e-mail or attached on a CD, on a previously established format (usually TIFF).
Color test: The printing company usually returns a color test, where the transfer of the original has been carried out. If you confirm it, the printing begins.
Reception: Once the project is finished, together with its making up, binding, etc., it is sent to your company or you go and pick it up at the printing company.
